Finally!

Recently, on a mini trip to Chicago to visit my siblings, I wore this outfit around one day as we tended to errands and activities. It wasn’t until just before dusk that my sister and I decided my outfit was pretty cute! Lol so we popped outside and took some shots (hence the undone hair and end-of-day makeup!). She has a great eye and a knack for catching good lighting so it worked out pretty well.

Are these jeans not the most amazing fit?? I had been wanting boyfriend jeans for awhile and couldn’t find a pair I was crazy about, so I was elated when I came across these. They are Blank NYC, originally found through ILY Couture, but available at Nordstrom as well. They are meant to be a skinny jean, bought two sizes up, they make the perfect BFJ! (I normally wear a size 24, but here I am wearing a 26). They are just baggy enough, while maintaining a slim and flattering silhouette, and the distressing is perfection.

My aunt got me this plaid sherpa jacket for my birthday, which is why I hadn’t originally planned on featuring it on the blog, but I’m obsessed! Its cozy, effortless vibe has had me living in it lately.

We’re headed to Boston and the surrounding area to visit family for Thanksgiving, and I’m so excited! What are everyone’s plans!? Have a happy holiday! 🙂
