We’re headed to Orlando today, and I’m so excited to live in this look as soon as we arrive because—finally! A trend that combines sexy with comfort! Full coverage with a flirty, feminine vibe. One of my good friends and I were talking about how difficult it is to find suits that you can actually feel comfortable in, anymore. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for flaunting what you’ve got, but sometimes (especially nowadays, being a mom) I just kind of want to be able to move around, chase after my baby, swim, and sprawl out without having to worry about nip slips or fallouts.

So this adorable suit, with its adorable scalloped detailing, showcases just enough skin to be flattering, while giving you peace of mind that everything you want covered remains so. ALSO, how could I almost forget – the fact that it is high waisted means you are good to eat whatever you want, prior to, or during, beach and pool time! I blame the one-piece-and-high-waist-‘kini trends for my getting lax about working out my abs :).

And how charming is this little kimono? I love its boho-chic feel, and the crochet detailing is just enough. I mainly chose this one because of the length, as I knew I didn’t want a super long one since my suit is already on the conservative side. The shorter length provides the perfect balance.
