In high school I remember stealing my mom’s bodysuits, and my friends made fun of me when I would wear them. They were considered something of the 80’s, and yet, here they are today, back in all their glory :). Really, I like to think of them as a convenience thingβ€”like my 9-month-old’s onesies, they stay in place, and they don’t ride up! They’re brilliant. And for us adults, they can even be sexy.woman wearing patterned bodysuit in black and white, boyfriend jeans, and rain jacket, leaning against vine-covered wall woman wearing patterned bodysuit in black and white, boyfriend jeans, and rain jacket, leaning against vine-covered wallwoman wearing patterned bodysuit in black and white, boyfriend jeans, and rain jacket, leaning against vine-covered wall

This one in particular, with its fun pattern, leans more on the retro, sultry side, so to balance it out, I paired it with my favorite boyfriend jeans.woman wearing patterned bodysuit in black and white, boyfriend jeans, and rain jacket, leaning against vine-covered wall

My utility jacket is the softest, almost velvety, jacket I’ve ever owned, and it’s from Eliza Plume, a online boutique that donates part of its proceeds to various charities!  woman wearing patterned bodysuit in black and white, boyfriend jeans, and rain jacket, leaning against vine-covered wallwoman wearing patterned bodysuit in black and white, boyfriend jeans, and rain jacket, leaning against vine-covered wallwoman wearing patterned bodysuit in black and white, boyfriend jeans, and rain jacket, leaning against vine-covered wall

For shoes, I would do an ankle boot in black or neutral sneakers.
