I chose a red shade to pair with this pleated midi for a more Christmassy feel, but I originally bought the skirt with New Years Eve in mind, what with its wonderfully metallic hue and sparkly texture! Styled with a neutral top, perhaps black or gold, this beauty would make for a perfect NYE number, but it can be worn all winter long and dressed down with chunkier knits or sweatshirts.
The cropped sweater gives this outfit an overall effortless vibe, which is really what makes a look appear cool or stylish. I love how this one is festive and chill at the same time :).
This is our first holiday season with our baby girl, and it really is so special! I hope everyone has an amazing time with friends and family! ? xoxoxo
P.S. This is the first shoot we’ve done with a DSLR (professional camera)! We (my fiancé and I) are still trying to work out the kinks and figure out how this thing works haha. But we love it! Let me know if you see a difference from the iPhone photos of my previous posts ??.
